Currently the mediaportal xml engine cannot support these animations, but yes i'm sure that i can, (and mofux too) create these interface, and animations but in the future versions.

I noticed in the screenshots (in the nonafo thread) that you are using images from the Gant/Umicons packs. If you are planning to use these in the final skin it should be OK, cause I've got permission from the author (Mattahan) to use them in MediaPortal. Is this your plan?
Then perhaps I could also help out in this community project. I'll check it out more when I get home.

currently kinda pending until mofux returns to his "productve environment" (he has holidays atm), and until i'm a bitt more off work than i actually am these days (;

but we progressed quite good so far.

Just Brainstorming here... I saw the Mac iTV gui and thought it might be a way for me to get my feet wet with skinning MP, I made a little mockup yesterday. I don't like the tv image still but I couldn't find a royalty free one I liked.
