Concept: Switch MP2 to D3D11/D2D rendering (1 Viewer)

    I will make some test binaries based on the SharpDX examples. They can then be run on different machines to check compatibility.

    I'm testing D2D and all kind of drawing stuff. I think D2D will bring a lot to MP2. Take this example screenshot:

    Image, Shadow, Overlay Rectangle and Text. Looks good.

    I think it is worth the effort, doing this with shaders is also a loooot of work and would need some changes to MP :)

    Isn't it crazy to bee happy if you see such rendering result on screen? :D

    Although full of errors and missing things it's great to get anything rendered at all ;)

    Fixed more issues with shapes and brushes and added a FPS counter to title bar :whistle:

    It will be much slower when all content is added back, but I think we well see a good performance in the end.
