Configuration and MP crash immediately (1 Viewer)

Can't get either the Configuration Utility or MP to load.
Comes up with .NET Runtime 2.0 Error and bombs out

I've just done a brand new install of MP on a PC, Compaq Evo 510D.
New install of XP, with IE7, .Net 2.0 and all OS security updates.
KMPlayer, CoreAVC and Halaai Splitter only other software installed.

Have same version working on Vista with no problem.

Any ideas?

Installed .Net 3.5 SP1 and it now works.

Must be some issue with .NET 2.0 SP1
