Configuration Crashes (1 Viewer)

Hello, I'm having an issue with the plugin. Whenever I try to use the configuration (via MP configuration) I get the following error and the configuration screen closes.

You will never get anywhere without a full set of logs.

not sure where to retreive the necessary logs but this is what happens and what information I currently have.

MP v1.1.1.0
MP-TVSeries-2.6.0.1157
moving-pictures-1.0.6
OS : vista 32bit
streamedmp v1.4.3.2245

I added on the network(mediabox) a new tv series to watch
since inside MP i did not get a notice to add this new serie
exited MP
and entered the MP configuration program
upon selecting the my-tvseries icon for configuration...
the splashscreen is showing, and immediatly i get a crash, causing the the MP configuration close

since i presumed that it might be needing an update
i updated with MP-TVSeries-2.6.6.1275

after the install of this update, it gave me the oppertunity before end of install to open direct my-tvseries plugin (without MP configuration to be open)
this worked as should, added tv series, updated the info on series in general etc... the regular stuff
all worked perfectly as intented.
when all i needed to do was done, exited the my-tvseries plugin

opened the MP configuration => plugins => selected my-tvseries icon
opted to config this
and ... again immediatly after splashscreen my-tvseries it caused MP configuration to crash, closing both programs.

Query:
1. if logs needed, where, which files are needed to retrieve the info from

2. can one open the my-tvseries plugin as standalone... without the use of MP configuration
=> found #2 by adding myself = PluginConfigLoader.exe /plugin="D:\MediaPortal\plugins\Windows\MP-TVSeries.dll"
