I know this sounds simple, but as this has gone on for days, what happens if you uninstall MP, delete the mediaportal folder. and then reinstall 0.2 with 0.2.0.3 update and then configure afterwards.

Nothing happens actually. The same crash.
I don't know. Maybe there is some incompatibility on software level, cause i didn't change the hardware. I really can't figure this out. And this is a great application. I still can use it, but u know, without being able to configure stuff it's a drag.
Anywho, i really want to say thanks for all your help and if any of u has anymore ideas I will be glad to try them out. Thanks!

Just to make sure: You did delete the MP folder after uninstalling? Also, make sure that the folder actually is gone (no "locked" files etc.)

Of course, man!
I actually delete all registry keys, changed the installation directory with the same crashing result.

This is the threads list take it from process explorer and here is the list with all the dll's in use.
