Hi,
I have MediaPortal v1.2.3 and PC with one DTT TV card.
I also have an active subscription to Futubox service.
Can I configure TV-Server DVB-IP card to find the Futubox channels? I tried to download the M3U playlist and put it in the correct folder, the card found the service but can't find any of the channels.
I really don't understand in IPTV services, so maybe what I'm saying is a lot of... but I would like to know if there is an option to see the channels, but not through plugins like OnlineVideos (that is what I have right now), but through the TV service (I want to see it together with the channels from the DTT card).

Thanks!

    Hello yfrans

    The answer depends on the stream format that the Futubox provider uses for their channels.
    Can you give an example URL for one of the channels?
    Have you tried the extended DVB-IP filter from -->here<--?

    I will try.
    Stream example: rtsp://s01.webport.tv/fb/z010601.stream?lp=[USER_ID]
    The [USER_ID] is private and I can't post it here. Anyway, the stream should work and show an advertisement for Futubox.

    Thanks!

    Based on that URL, I think you're definitely going to need the extended filter that I linked above. Please let me know if you manage to get it working...

    I've installed the files, now I get an exception: "SetupTv has stopped working".
    Logs are attached.

    Important note: I replaced all the private keys (lp parameter in the URL) with MYUSERID

    Thanks.

    Hello again yfrans

    I'm not the expert here. The best person to help you is probably @georgius.
    Looking at the DVB-IP filter log, these lines stand out:
    25-07-2012 09:12:33.497 [ 404] [{91F8C9C3-94E1-41CB-843F-5B0BB204D8BA}] [Warning] CMPIPTV_RTSP: OpenConnection(): subsession audio codec not supported
    25-07-2012 09:12:33.668 [ 404] [{91F8C9C3-94E1-41CB-843F-5B0BB204D8BA}] [Error] CMPIPTV_RTSP: OpenConnection(): H264 not supported

    ...but I have no idea what they really mean...
