I noticed in client only install there is no My sql or gentle.config
There's no MySQL (or SQL Server).
There is a gentle.config if the TV/radio plugin is installed and configured properly.

Are the log files you've attached meant to show some kind of problem?
If yes, I'm not seeing it.

    In C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal
    I do have the gentle.config
I was hoping the logs would show why the program stops working, it crashes every time I try to play live tv.
I ping the TV server and it is good.

Yeah, that's the client (ie. MediaPortal) gentle.config file.
    It's a copy of c:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\gentle.config on the server.

    Why didn't you say so?
Crashing is a completely different problem compared to failure to connect! ;)

When a program - any program, not just MP - crashes, the first place to look is always the Windows application event log. In this case it shows:

    Note the reference to CompPkgSup.dll.
A quick google search would have told you that media-related parts of the internet have been awash with talk about that DLL.

1.16 Pre Rel. crashes after w10 update

In short: Microsoft released a buggy update that caused any program that tries to use Microsoft codecs to crash on the spot. The solution is to install an update that was released a few days later:
