    Hello people,

I have some problems with the TV server.

I frequently get the message: "The connection to the TV server is lost"

I have no idea what the cause is. It happens often when I have played a movie with moving pictures or when I have watched a serie with MP TVseries. After that movie or episode is over I get the message to see.

I've tried to use Microsoft's lookback adapter, but it is not better.

Attached the log file. (I hope I have added the right one, otherwise let me know please)

    Best regards,

    Marcel

    Hi Marcel

Indeed sounds like a networking issue. The log that you've posted only shows the errors - doesn't give any insight into the cause. It would be best if you could post full logs:

This kind of happened to me yesterday. Machine has never caused an issue but pausing a movie caused the unit to freeze. Needed to re-boot but couldn't get TV to work 'no free tuner card' nonsense. I have 4 tuners and non were used.

Opened TV Server config and it gave a connection error Then offered to connect slightly differently (to PC name rather than IP) and seemed to work again.

Prob not the same as your issue.
