Constant Flashing on Latest Added View in TV Series (1 Viewer)

I started having this issue about a week ago, whenever I switch views in My TV Series, it just constantly flashes a list of what's recently been added but it's like it keeps refreshing the list so I can't scroll the list or select anything on it. All other views work fine (All, Recently Aired, etc.)

I've tried clearing the skin cache, no go. I've attached a debug log.

You didnt see it because its a tvseries issue not a streamedmp issue. Moving Post.
