Controller:Unable to connect to database (1 Viewer)

Hello,
I have an installation with two laptops and 1 media server running tv server
I previously had a successfull configuration with tv server on a dedicated machine and 1 laptop. I tried to install the client software on 2nd laptop, but it did not worked . As software donwloaded for the second laptop was newer than tv server, I re-installed the latest tv server. From there nothing worked anymore.
I tried to completely re-install the tv server side, and I always get the following database connection error :

!!!Controller:Unable to connect to database!!!

However when I click "test connection", it says "connection ok"

Then, when the TV server management console opens, the screen is unitinitalized with empty controls

I finally found what the problem was. In fact the error message is not very accurate. I got this message because a database file was already present and sql server tried to create a new one over it.
This file is located in C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\Data
I just deleted TVLibrary and it worked
