CoolReciver remote plugin for Leadtek TV tuners (1 Viewer)

I have the latest pvr2, WinFastPVR2_setup_20324, for WINDOWS 7 and other OS.( IT'S NOT ON LEADTEK SITE), it's for power users .
It worked perfect on Win7.

I tried modify WFMultRM.ini to use another software, It's not working, i see that WFMultRM.ini, i write here this:

CHcmd=C:\Program Files\ChrisTV PVR\ChrisTV.exe
CHdir=C:\Program Files\ChrisTV PVR\

It's not working, in WFMultRM.exe appear Mediaportal and PVR2,FM,restart, etc.

I wait to make time for this, right now i use Girder with an MCE remote, but this WFMultRM is awsome, i could acces from my remote the program.
In the meantime, i do not know if you read about the other plugin for coolcomand, CoolCommand Plugin for Girder 4

And for WFMultRM.exe to work i modify WFMultRM.ini to my exe, DVBTAP.exe

Oh, and i have Win7 32 with PxPVR2200, with MCE remote option in the winfastwizard set to OFF.

I tried this one as well and I still get the same (new) launcher when I press POWER button on the remote, perhaps it has something to do with my old tv card.

Ah, you're right, it depend on tv-tuner card, i look into DV2000 tuner( same as EXPERT + fireware) this one work with WFFM, not with WFMultRM,

PVR3000, PxPVR2200 work with WFMultRM

leadtek usb dongle gold and coolreceiver

i try to use coolreceaver with my leadtek dongle gold (remote is Y04G0051)

this remote is compatible with mediaportal but not all buttons. Sound volume for exemple is not functionnal.

coolreciever does not seems to work. In log file of mediaportal there is no activity of coolreciever when i use the

remote (there is only mention of start and close of coolreciever but i dont see remopte activity). I tryed to do all

instrutions on your site but no

success. What you suggest to do? Is coolreceaver

compatible with my card (usb dongle)?

Bruno, on the previous page there are an link with another software for leadtek remote, that work with winfast wizard.exe .Try that until Seba manage to get time to update the program.

also with no success. My remote just continue to work as usual. No changes. Perhaps i do something wrong?

Put here link with your remote pictures, i have a lot of plugins for leadtek with girder, etc.
Try IR SERVER SUITE THE LATEST:

Go where it install, click on some exe, in one of the exe there are options to choose your remote, there are also an leadtek plugin.
In this link from this post there are the newest version of Ir suite.

Before i read this thread i could not set my remote to work with wf remotectrl.

ONE MORE THING:

For WF REMOTE to WORK, and other plugins, do not enable MCE REMOTE in WINFAST WIZARD.

I think that this is need it to make it working.

EDIT: Right now i have 3 leadteks remotes, all are differents, plus HP MCE Remote, Microsoft MCE Remote, and XBOX 360 Remote.
HP are perfect( but do not have leds, backlid)
Microsoft are perfect
Leadtek are ok, but work only in PVR2 and MCE by default.
Xbox 360 is crap, 0-9 buttons, ch up/down vol up/down and mute are so small, and i must click 2-3 times on 1 buttons to register 1 time... plastic are crap, do not compare Microsoft Mce with this crappy Xbox 360 remote.... but Xbox have backlid

i think that i install last version of ir remote server but i will verifie this after work. For leadtek plugin i don't think that i installed it, only mp plugin. In mp plugin i checked coolcommand but there is no configuration button within.

No i dont checked MCE in PVR2 neather in MP.

I dont know how to insert image but mi remote is the same as the image on page 7 of this thread (user is Rapid_ )

"Go where it install" you mean install directory, where ir remote server is placed after installation finished?

Yep, in the instalation directory there are some directory, each with an exe... Click on them to find the setup of remotes.

EDIT: You have the NEW MODEL REMOTE FROM LEADTEK.... i do not think that any plugin will work with this remote.
