corrupted recordings (1 Viewer)

sometimes when I schedule a recording it will come back corrupted, usually the audio is fin but the picture jumps and goes blocky, misses bits etc, looks like not all the fames are even recorded. the strange thing is that the program before what I want (whatever falls into the pre-record time) is fine but as soon as the program starts it goes bad. usually it comes good as soon as the next program starts too. for example, last week the program recorded but when playing it the recording was fine up until the the program is rated... etc screen and then was unwatchable afterwords, infarct almost no video at all in that case however it was also watched live from about half way through and showed fine on the screen.
