There still seem to be continuity errors in the streaming log file, but I haven't actually noticed any breakup of picture.. I'll keep an eye on it tonight..

EDIT : Any easy way to clear down the log files?

    Open the Log File Folder.

    Delete them.

Hi - have just done a complete rebuild and have everything working, but decided to try out the TBS patch this time :0)

I have saved the tbsciapi.dll to the tv server folder, but do I use the 2.0.18 drivers posted in this thread, or should I use the Feb build from linked in post 1?

    Thanks

    bob

DJBlu did you manage to get a TBS6984 driver? My post on their forum has been ignored, and my email request for the 1.0.1.5 driver has also been ignored!

Thanks for that, but I need TBS6984 drivers :)

I've removed my TBS6981 and the problem still remains with the TBS6984 - just awaiting older driver now to test.. I have 1.0.1.8 whicih I will try again...

EDIT : I've just ordered another TBS6984 - I have a RMA for this one with Amazon, so nothing really to lose!

Will be here tomorrow, and will see if that makes a difference!

Right, I think I have sorted this... I took today off (primarily to get my new iPad!) and ended up spending the day trying allsorts of combos.. Results are :-

    TBS6984 (latest 1.0.2.1 driver) + TBS 6981 (latest 2.0.1.3 driver) = continuity errors
    TBS6984 (removed from system) + TBS6981 (latest 2.0.1.3 driver) = working
TBS6984 (latest 1.0.2.1 driver) + TBS 6981 (removed from system) = continuity errors
    TBS6984 (1.0.1.8 driver) + TBS 6981 (removed from system) = working
    TBS6984 (1.0.1.8 driver) + TBS 6981 (2.0.0.20 driver) = working!

So the upshot seems to be that although the TBS6981 will work on it's own just fine with the latest 2.0.1.3 driver, if you have both cards in your system then you need to roll back BOTH drivers.. No idea why this is, but it seems to be the solution.

Early days but it seems fixed at the moment...
