Custom Data Grabber including Sky UK Channel/EPG Grabber (9 Viewers)

Hi, I just discovered I have another issue. I am using a Technotrend S2-3200 and doing a scan but once finished I have 61 channels which are 'Channel not mapped to a card' in the mapped card types, BBC One HD, Channel 5 HD, nickelodian HD, in fact loads of HD channels.
I have tried doing a scan with 'Set modulation to Not Set' for SD and HD, and it doesnt seem to make a difference.
Anyone have any suggestions as to what settings I should use when scanning with this card please?

Go into the card setting and ensure the DVB-S2 is ticked.

I had this problem when I set my cards from 'Generic' to 'DVB-S' so it maybe worth checking that too.

I'm really struggling to get the Sky EPG working on my system, and was hoping someone on here would be able to help?

I'm running Mediabrowser 1.2.3 with no skins (for now) on Windows 7, with a TBS8922 dvb-s2 card. I've followed the instructions on the first post, carefully installing the files in the correct order, and extracting the two files to the correct folders. However, after pressing 'grab now' the whole process seems to complete in 80 seconds. The channels are grouped as per the normal Sky EPG ordering according to region, but no EPG data is applied to the channels.

I'm really not sure where I'm going wrong, but would love to get this plugin working on my system. Please can someone help?

Not sure if you still need to do it or not but it might need the database dropped still if you didn't do that

Not used 1.2.3 files yet so hopefully someone confirms this

Sky Plugin : Error decoding title, Index was outside the bounds of the array.

This shouldn't stop the insertion of titles.

After I used DJBlu's new files I am now getting :

"Failed to update the database"

And i can't start the tv server . What can I do ?

Ok manually fixed it.
Went into my mysql datebase and into mptvdb and the version table and changed versionnumber from 60 to 61 .

I'm not sure if I will have issues later on though. Has the database changed format or anything , or anything new added from 1.22 to 1.23

Sorry - I have this same problem - how exactly do you edit an SQL database? unfortunately not all of us are hardcore computer guys...

I'm using the most up to date version of Sky Grabber plugin. The "index was outside of the array" came up because I had tried to run a grab with the "modulation not set" tabs ticked. However, I unticked these options and this error was not replicated - though I was still unable to get my EPG to save.

Deleted both nick hr channels and rescanned - same issue - 2 found, 1 works the other won't but that's the one added to
The kids group.

Any ideas?

DJBlu - not sure if this is a bug or not, but my Nick Jr has stopped working - I just get a blank screen - all other channels appear to be working ok...

When I go into the TV Channels, I can see 2 Nick Jr's - one is enabled and in the kids group, the other disabled and not in any group - if I swap then around it works - but then the grabber takes out the working one on the next run.

All my other sub channels work ok, as does the other Nick Jr, so its either bodged the settings for the one it wants to include, or is picking up the wrong channel.

My Region is BBC South

Is this something anyone else is getting or is there anything I can do to stop this breaking on each run - my kids need their Peppa Pig fix each morning so I have to get this back up and running!

I can grab logs, but just wondered if this was common for others too or not?

Can you delete both channels and scan again please.

I don't know if sky are changing things slightly as I am missing EPG entries.
