Ok no worries, i am testing on my dev machine

The 2.0.1.5 drivers on the tbs website do contain the code for the fast changes, so the issue is in mepo.

The previous custom data grabber you posted with the turbosight branch merged works properly (168 build) with the 2.0.1.5 driver from the tbs site.

I presume there have been no changes to the turbosight code since that release?

I'll merge the turbosight branch later into default 1.2.3 and check if it works there. Your new posted version does have the merge doesn't it?

Don't think it's released for public downloads, only to developers which is prob why djblu can see it.

I guess it will be released very soon, they had bugs which delayed initially but all look fixed.

Only way to get atm is to download from git and compile I believe

New test:
Installed 1.2.3 then installed turbosight merged with 1.3 alpha branch and fast change still working

Did you say your posted files should bring the install up to 1.3a? There's a huge difference in the 1.3 mp config to what your posted files config screen has

Only thing left for me to test is merging the data grabber branch in but tortoise fails with conflicts here but I presume you have un-pushed changes?

Btw change speed is even quicker in 1.3a, must be the new tswriter?

You are correct, I need to push the changes as they are stored locally.

What speeds are you getting with the fast change and what card and driver versions are you using?

6981, 2.0.1.5 driver from tbs website

Not timed but it seems noticeably quicker, mostly 2, sometimes 3 seconds visibly in mepo. So around half or slightly better than without.

Bbc2 to bbc hd or bbd one hd. Only channels I can test

Ch4 hd and itv freesat channel are dvbs now

If its easy to push changes I can merge and test here as well if you want to or short on time to look in to it. I'd like to merge in your group patch anyway

Uninstalled all previous versions and dropped the database and deleted any folders etc that may have remained.

Installed MEPO 1.2.3 and ran a channel scan and previewed a channel, stopped the tv service,

configured the sky uk grabber and sorted my channels out

now most things are working but when i schedule a recording for say an hours time and the computer goes to sleep fine but, will not wake for the scheduled recording??
now ive set s3 in bios and wake on `pme` think it is and ive set wake on timers in windows 7 x64, im not using power scheduler as ive never had to before and infact for this test it was actually enabled.
Before updating to 1.2.3 i never had these issues and so not sure whats causing the issue?

I clicked the mouse and brought the pc out of standby 2 minutes after it should have started recording and that then got mepo to start the recording process!!!!

the test recording was at 15:30 and you can see i started the machine back up at 15:32

Dont think it shows but i also set a test record for the middle of the night last night for predator and it also failed to resume from sleep to record.

I will double check recordings on my setup later, must admit I have been running my test rig with 1.3a so haven't recorded anything

All default recording options worked last night, testing series link out today so will check when I get home. 1st record for series link worked as expected.

Using powers scheduler ++, not sure if that would make a difference.

On a side note, any chance of pushing changes DJBlu, or do you have changes to put in place before pushing. Am going to put my coding hat on

ok just downloaded a program called wake on standby and set it to wake the computer from sleep at a certain time, which it did do as expected, so this points to a mepo issue, wondering whats causing this issue.
