Custom Data Grabber including Sky UK Channel/EPG Grabber (14 Viewers)

Hi guys,

I thought I would give this plugin another try....

Followed the instructions...vanilla 1.2.3...performed scan...upgraded to this version...copied all the files...etc

I am running W7x64 with a Hauppauge HD Nova S2 card

But when I try and grab I get NoSignalDetected

I have tried setting the Diseqc to SimpleA but no joy:

I had this, I deleted all my channels changed options to "Set Modulation to "Not Set" for SD & HD" did a fresh grab with the plugin and then a tvserver channel re-scan (Not entirely sure re-scan was required) and the nova-s2 started working.

Do the TBS files work with the TBS8922? I've installed them, but channel changes seem to be a bit slower

Fast change not working for me either with files on front page so it's not just you.

The tbs branch on git works fine here on 1.2.3 and 1.3a so there is either something in custom data grabber branch breaking it or djblu made a whoopsie and uploaded the wrong file

I've not tested merging the turbosight branch with custom data grabber branch as the merge fails with conflicts, planning to look in to it in next few weeks when I have time unless someone beats me to it

Anyone have No Signal problems with the BBC Olympic channels? Everything else works. Modulation is Not set. I have the same card as DJBlu.

What am I doing wrong?

Have you checked the tuning details? I've attached an example for BBC Olympics 1 HD.

Probably nothing. Lots of similar reports on various non-MePo Freesat threads. Essentially, it seems the HD Olympics channels are being broadcast at lower power to the SD channels. You may need to remove any splitters in your feed, get your dish realigned or get a bigger dish.

So you can compile the tbs branch and it works on Mediaportal 1.3 alpha ? The custom data grabber plugin works etc ?
