Has no one else had their schedules disappearing? I am not sure if it's re tuning or recording 1 episode then cancelling the series link.
I think the error before was a red herring, caused by when I force stop the TV Service. Any ideas?

The error I though was the problem before [scheduler thread(17)]: card: unable to connect to slave controller at:10.0.1.1 was definitely caused by me stopping TVService, nothing to worry about on that one. However...
I'm still getting this issue in the TSWriter logs
Code:01-06-2011 20:01:04.386 !!! Followed by this in the TV log:
Code:2011-06-01 20:01:04.292400 [(25)]: Controller: StartTimeShifting started on card:2 to F:\timeshift\live2-0.ts.tsbuffer 2011-06-01 20:01:05.556000 [(9)]: Custom Data Grabber Error : Index was outside the bounds of the array. 2011-06-01 20:01:05.556000 [(9)]: Sky Plugin : Error Occured:- Index was outside the bounds of the array.
Any ideas what's causing it DJBlu? The plugin creates a TSfile in my timeshifting directory and I can watch TV on my DVB-S2 card no problem so I don't think it's signal problems. I get the error if I try and grab anything with the plugin, EPG, channels etc. I'm stumped.

Have you tried scanning channels with the DVB-S Scanner?
Pid 11 looks like the culprit here which carries the channel data, this is usually caused by a low/bad signal.
