    Posted in the wrong thread...

Was trying to compile the filters by myself but I'm not able to compile tswriter since it needs customdataparser.h that is not included in your patch... :(

    Hmm..

A load of my scheduled series link recordings disappeared again tonight - not sure why they keep vanishing?

Not all disappeared, just the ones the wife is interested in - I wanted to say tough, but she didn't look like she was in the mood :-p

Not sure how to troubleshoot this?

Also, getting some errors - don't think related, but log attached...

I am getting some sluggishness on the tv service at the moment... It's fine after restarting the service but a day or 2 later it's slow in the tv guide and playing a recording starts audio but picture doesn't come in for 5 or 6 seconds and fast forwarding or skipping takes an age to respond, but restarting the tv service makes it respond instantly.

Still getting disappearing series Links too.

Will clean and post logs tomorrow

I'll be taking a look at this later on this week, overloaded at work so not got time at the minute.

I will fix the errors and upload in due course.

Thank god someone else was experiencing this too.

I thought I was going daft. Have you reported it as a bug?

Hi i've had a quick play this evening. It's looking promising but I can't get it to work.

The channels are all found correctly and grouped, but on tuning all the channels i've tried either fail with a no signal or a mapping error.

Some channels seem to have incorrect FECs/modulations (this is from a quick glance so I might be wrong). All the HD channels throw an error that they are not mapped to any card, but they are definitely listed as mapped to both cards in setuptv. I've manually un-mapped and re-mapped them all but I get the same error. My 2 hauppauge nova s2 cards were/are definitely configured correctly (ie set to 28.2e and enable dvb-s2)

I'll try and have a better look at the weekend.

Just had another try from a completely fresh installation (ie brand new channel scan)

Most of the inner FECs being populated are definately wrong, i'd guess they're not being mapped to the correct MP enum?

The modulation for the HD channels should be QPSK or BPSK, but they all seem to be populated with "not defined". I think the rolloffs might be wrong as well (BBC One HD was populated with 0.35 but should be 0.25)

I might have a bit of time soon if you'd like me to take a look at some of this :)

Each time I do a channel grab the FECs are mostly wrong and I
have to change all to "Not defined" to get a signal. Please note
also that BBC HD and BBC One HD changed to DVB-S2 on 6 June. Not
knowing about this I lost the service and assumed I had messed
something up. Later I discovered the new settings (10847V DVB-S2
QSPK 23000 FEC 8/9) and got the service back again.

I don't know why but but shifting in .net isn't working as I'd assumed it should. I think this is giving the incorrect FEC's.

    Fixed the FEC problem,

    New file on first post.
