I realise that DJBlu isn't supporting it just yet, but did you try this out? I built a new HTPC client this week so I went for Windows 8 to save the hassle of doing a reinstall/upgrade in the future. It would be really nice to get the plugin working.

I can't edit my post, but the client is working fine on Win8 with standard 1.2.3 - the problem was with my Server PC :)

I'm just busy finishing the Usals support at the minute so there will be a slight delay on the new Sky EPG grabber.

Is the update purely for Usals support, or will there be other new features in the update? Will it just be for MePo 1.3?

Are you looking straight after the update?
Are you looking in All Channels or Entertainment,Sports etc?

The EPG doesn't show up straight away as it is sent to the EPG updater thread so it can be added slowly so it doesn't affect your CPU.
I don't know why but EPG doesn't get shown in All Channels.

    Hi

I followed the guide. Did the grab which it showed as being successful. I then went into mediap and left it for about 25 minutes but nothing appeared. I did look at all channels yes. I seen the groups as you said but cant remember seeing any data. There is also no data when tv is in mini view and ive got the menu functions available sucb as tv on, channeks, record etc.

    Something happened here.

I assume you saw no EPG, went into Manual Control. Clicked refresh DVB EPG?

If so then you don't need to do this. The grabber works independently of the DVB grabber.

Go into TV Channels. Click Clear. Then Click Yes.
Do the same for the Radio Channels.

Now run the Sky Grabber. It will populate the EPG. If it doesn't then please upload the log files again.

    Thanks.

What do you mean just an x? In mediaportal?

In MediaPortal Configuration. Click Tv. In TV Client make sure channel numbers are visible. Also make sure the select by index isn't selected
