Custom Data Grabber including Sky UK Channel/EPG Grabber (3 Viewers)

Ok I'll upload a version in 10 mins that will log the details I need to see what is happening.

I've just cleared out all my channels and it seams ok. i'll test over the next few days and see if it comes back fingers crossed it might just be something as simple as that. be in touch ps did you look at my 2nd log from last night strange why it grabbed so many times

edit Sorry mate i would seam it was all my fault after all. what happend was in my region we dont have itv1 hd so i moved them about. i should have cleared out my channels before i bothered you with this one. sorry once again

Do you have the grabber set to grab at a certain time in the day?

As I think I have found a problem with that.

Yeah its set to grab at 3:15am. Would i be better telling it to grab every 24 hours? till you get it sorted?

Hi DJBlu,

can you please post an updated version of the sky italy plugin too? Just for testing.

I also ask you, if possible, to provide a complete patch for compiling the tvserver/mediaportal side of this feature. This will allow us (testers) to better test the patch also with latest SVNs.

Thanks again for you great work, I think this is a feature that should be included in future versions of MP.

Just been trying this zap to channel in other group and mine seems to do the opposite.
I am using it with 1.2.0.11 and when I change to a channel in a different group it changes to that group, I also have a all channels group, so its not disabling that which is causing the group change as described earlier.
I know this is what you was trying to achieve but imho I'd rather it go to the All channels group as it would do on a sky box.
I'd say it was ironic that what you want it to do mine is doing and yours is doing what I want it to do lol

You disable the all channels group in the mediaportal config not the tvservice. I put a screen shot up early on today

Thanks for the reply icam but I haven't ticked that box because I want the all channels group but it still changes group when zapping. Which means if I enter the guide I only have epg for the group of the which ever channel I'm currently watching unless I change it to All channels within the guide. I want to be able to zap between different groups but if I enter the guide or mini guide it to show all channels group unless I select a different group in the guide or mini guide.

Just started getting a strange crash every time i run the plugin DJBlu. I've added my tv.log

edit strange i found the problem was because i had my ipod pluged in. PC's i'll never fully understand em. disregard my last for the time being lol
