Question for Sky UK users; Is the provider for all the scanned channels 'BSKYB' or do you have other providers listed? I'm trying to solve the issue of the free to air channels adding as a new channel on each scan rather than replacing/deleting as the Sky channels do and I wonder if it is because not all the channels are marked as Sky.

800+ channels in my database all showing 'BSKYB' as the provider.

Has anyone else had any issues with sky 1 HD, sky living HD and sky Atlantic HD the last few days?
Mine loads the channel to just a black screen, with no sound or picture. All other channels are working including SD version of channels above and also all my other HD are working just the 3 I mentioned.

Yep, this is the new card pairing that's being deployed. Sky Arts and Nat Geo also gone, expect them all to stop working soon, the only way to watch will be to put your card back in the official receiver

Yeah same here, sky1 went dark last week currently planning on grabbing from the hdmi output of the sky box through a hauppage colossus as I expect it soon may turn out to be the only option for hd channels. Although it is strange that tvserver can tune and open the stream but you get a black screen, normally its a 'no video audio detected' message, I've seen other rumours of a move to a h265 codec so not sure if it could also be a filter/codec issue.

TsWriter might not detect that the stream is still encrypted. Check the TsReader log. If it is full of PES 0-0-1 errors then the stream is encrypted; otherwise it could be interesting to see log files.
