    Just for info my card is set to stop graph rather than pause graph, but it makes no difference either way. I'm also using a CAM and I've allowed the card to be preloaded, again makes no difference if either is enabled or disabled.

    Try deleting your database.

    DJBlu - dropped the db and rebuilt with the latest versions off the first post in the hope to get this working. (custom grabber 1.0.0.2, Sky UK 1.2.0.13, server update zaptochannelsin...)
    Scans and EPGs perfectly, but playing channels gives me issues - some channels play, where others say "No Signal".

    I did a manual comparison of BBC HD between the "traditional" scan and your new scan - symbolrates are quite different, I don't know enough to know if this is the cause of the issue.
    DJBlu scan
    <tune Name="BBC HD" IdChannel="508" Bitrate="0" Url="" RollOff="2" Pilot="-1" Band="0" InnerFecRate="13" SatIndex="16" IsVCRSignal="False" AudioSource="0" VideoSource="0" TuningSource="0" TransportId="2050" Symbolrate="23000" SwitchingFrequency="11700000" ServiceId="6940" Provider="BSkyB" Polarisation="2" PmtPid="0" NetworkId="2" Modulation="31" MinorChannel="-1" MajorChannel="-1" Frequency="10847000" FreeToAir="True" Diseqc="0" CountryId="31" ChannelType="3" ChannelNumber="169" Bandwidth="8" IdTuning="508"/>

    Standard scan
    <tune Name="BBC HD" IdChannel="922" Bitrate="0" Url="" RollOff="-1" Pilot="-1" Band="0" InnerFecRate="6" SatIndex="-1" IsVCRSignal="False" AudioSource="0" VideoSource="0" TuningSource="0" TransportId="2050" Symbolrate="22000" SwitchingFrequency="11700000" ServiceId="6940" Provider="BSkyB" Polarisation="2" PmtPid="258" NetworkId="2" Modulation="-1" MinorChannel="-1" MajorChannel="-1" Frequency="10847000" FreeToAir="True" Diseqc="0" CountryId="31" ChannelType="3" ChannelNumber="922" Bandwidth="8" IdTuning="922"/>

    Logs attached (I've just tried a traditional scan over the top, but that hasn't solved it)

    The BBC S2 transponder should have a fec of 8/9 and a symbol rate of 23000.

    One thing I have noticed is that when the plugin creates the EPG grab channel, even though the Diceqc is set to None in the plugin it is blank in the channel. Also no fec is set in the channel but I'm not sure if it's necessary. Changing these values manually doesn't make any difference on my system but it though I'd let you know.

    Whoops! - I had compared the old symbol rate with the new one as I'd forgotten that the BBC had changed their frequencies earlier this month!
    That means the symbol rate issue is a complete red herring.

    However, I am still left baffled by the "LockedInOnSignal could not lock onto channel - no signal or bad signal" error that I get in the tv.log file.
    Help! I'm having to rely on the iPlayer until I can get this sorted!

    The modulation changed too, it should be QPSK2 (DVB-S2) in the drop down.
