Hmm.. This morning, I had the same problem (connection to TV server lost). This was using 1.2.0.14
The odd thing is.. I disabled the UK Grabber and restarted - when I went into manual control, it was still grabbing EPG data on IEPG channel.. this normally says something different.
Anyone else having issues? I haven't had chance to go back to 1.2.0.13 since I was running out of the door to work at the time - just needed to get it up and running quick for the missus before I went!
I'll play more with it tonight and post some logs if necessary..
I think I may start with deleting all TV channels tonight and rescan and see how I get on, since all the problems seemed to stem from when I messed with the Sky ITA channels.
Ok, I've done that and will see how I get on..
I've noticed that if I use the Sky ITA grabber to grab channels, then some are not picked up - the Dolly Buster channels for instance!!
Any idea why? Also, what would be handy is if the Sky ITA grabber could be set to just grab all the channels into one 13deg East group (to keep them separate from the Sky UK stuff as some have the same names and the missus picks the wrong channel!)
In the meantime I have set the Sky ITA grabber to just grab EPG and have done a channel scan using the normal mediaportal method, and set it to make a group for the satellite. Hopefully this will work!
EDIT : Just realised that the channel grabber only grabs channels with a provider of Sky Italia! That's why there are loads of channels missing. Presumably this is by design?
DJ-Blu - any idea why the last version started killing my channel groups, will this new version resolve that?
new version didnt stop the channel group loss, however this time round I saw the grab that went wrong... it thought that the channels didnt belong in the region so moved everything to all channels...
