Custom Data Grabber including Sky UK Channel/EPG Grabber (7 Viewers)

Great plugin. Works great for sky only, but i use dvb-t aswell and combine channels.

Fresh install > run sky plugin > scan dvb-t > combine channels (all works great up to here) > next time sky plugin runs it creates extra copies of the satellite channels for those i combined.

Is this fixable? Not critcal as everything still works. I just like to keep channel lists as clean as possible!

DJBlu - its taken a few days for me to test v15. This is definitely a lot more stable than the previous version.

However, I occasionally get a runaway custom_xxx.ts file. This filled up my 4GB flash drive, and brought down my TV service. Logfiles attached, except for the tswriter log as this grew to 100Mb!

DJBlu - its taken a few days for me to test v15. This is definitely a lot more stable than the previous version.

Looks like you are using an old Custom Data Grabber.

Download the one on the first post and replace it.

Looking at your logs.

It is your TeVii card that is causing the problems.

Try this for me if you could.

Unmap the Sky Grabber channel from each card except for the Tevii cards. Then run the grab manually.

Let me know how many channels it finds.

Nope... Have 2 inputs from a TBS 6981 card, a 8920 and a Tevii s464 all with a feed from a fixed dish at 28.2e.

On all tuners disecq set to none, and everything works on the first scan... it did work properly with no channel group loss until a week or so ago...

sorry, our posts crossed - I didnt see your prior message - will unmap the cards as you suggest and try and let you know what it comes back with

Have not changed any files other than a clean 1.2b install, then your 2 svn updates, and your custom data grabber and sky plugin... then setting up my tv/mp setup.

hmm - unmapped from all other cards but the tevii, but it is still using the 8920! Have restarted tv service, and disabled then enabled the sky plugin, but it ignores the setting and uses the 8920 instead??

ok, have done a reboot and using the tevii only it finds 1015 channels and 965 in 15 bouquets... doesnt look wrong there?

Do you have the DVB EPG grabber enabled for sky also?

If so disable it.

When I say unmap it I mean in the TV Channels -> TV Mapping

If that doesn't work then delete the channel and ensure it is only selected for the TeVii in the Sky Plugin.
