The cyberdisplay plugin, in the first RC3 SVN update, is installed in the process plugin folder (like the old externaldisplay plugin), but shows up in the config util as a window plugin.

So the externaldisplay plugin was wrong?

It was installed to, & showed up in config as a process plugin.
