Hi der_bub. windows 10 has a built in disc mount function which works well with mediaportal. no need to install additional software.

I have the Problem that some Images aren't mounted by VCD and the old daemon v4 which I used bevor upgrade to Win 10 isn't compatible to Win10 (can't install).

With DTlite there are allways PopUps when mounting, so unusable.

Has anybody Problems after upgrade to Win10, too?
    Any Idea for a solution?

Dump those old 3rd party programs and use the native Win 10 iso mount, works great.:D Support from MP 1.14 onwards I believe.

Well, deinstalled all 3rd Party Tools and configured to internal:

If I start a movie/iso, I can see in Explorer that it's mounted, but error in MP :(

Tried severall variants of drive letter (does take the first free one instead of the one which was configured), but no luck.

With win7 this was fine, quite frustrating

It would be helpfull to know what error you are getting and as suggested logs!
You should not need to configue a drive letter, see the attached screenshot for what works for me.

I used to use powerdvd in mepo for 3d bluray. I don't anymore because mpc-hc with madvr gives better picture quality and works with 3d.

I never had problems playing 3D Bluray in PowerDVD via MP/Mov-Pic until I changed to an Nvidia GPU, it was always good with AMD. The down side of using MPC-HC( IMHO a really good free player) , though. is that you need a decoder to play an .iso or disk, AnyDVD for example which given its recent history leaves much to be desired. Personally I would rather pay less for a legal player (and I'm still very sad that TMT is gone). Ripping to .mkv/mvc with MAKMKV (free sort of) maybe the best alternative.;)
