MyVideo - standart MP1 plugin for Video files

I'm sorry. I must be being dense, but I'm not seeing MyVideo anywhere.

Can you confirm that the format of the video names is:
a) "<Name of video> CD1.mkv";
b) "<Name of video> CD2.mkv";
and so on?

As far as I remember there is no limit on the number of files, that was when I had a maximum of 5 files, but met in the screenshots of people and more.

I'm seeing the Food For Thought episode twice - is that right? I don't understand what is being achieved by doing this Can you explain why you have three extra files when people could just watch the original episode? I know I'm missing something so I'll need you to explain it to me .

Yes, you have staked (from mkv) and non staked from (ts) ... Ie 2 video with some name ...
PS: And you use shared view, not DB view

This is an example of how it works. If you have a movie on 3 DVDs, if you save each one to a file (mkv) and do not merge them, a merging mechanism is made so there is no duplication. Then in MP1 it will be as one movie, in the database will also be one record for the movie and 3 records for the files.
Run your merged file to play, it should show from which disk to watch.

I'm a programmer, so when you say MyVideo, I'm going to look for MyVideo - which I couldn't find anywhere . I guess MyVideo is a historical name.

Well it is so called in the source code, in the GUI, it is called My Video, if disabled in the settings MP1 showing the prefix My, then just Video.

GUIVideo is a small part of this plugin, we can say the tip of the iceberg, everything under the water is the view modes, database, auxiliary utilities, core, skin engine, etc.
