my girlfriend wanted to delete an episode of her daily tvseries we record with mp (using for the record). she was not 100% serious if she had seen this episode or not, so she started it, realized that she already saw this one and hit '0' on the remote and deleted it. me myself would never try to delete a running show, instead i would stop the show and delete it then to be sure nothing crashes...

anyway, she did it her way^^ the result was a frozen computer, not reacting anymore, whether with keyboard, mouse nor remote. after hitting the reset button and back after the reboot, i wanted to do this whole crash again but collecting the necessary logs by using the log collector (which deleted everything in the log dir...) but in mp i had to realize that the recording was already deleted from my girlfriends try before as it seems. so i cannot provide any logs unfortunately...

deleting works apparently, but the non-existent and still running show causes the pc to crash.

Would not worry about it till after RC1, as the code has been changed somewhat regarding deleting recordings, so may well be fixed

thx for your reply. i don't really worry so much about it as i delete recordings when they are not running^^ i just wanted to inform you about this problem.
