that can be, but i have the same system with same ati drivers installed, this occours since a few SVNs... i think so about 10 days.

i did not enabled the vrm exclusive mode.

I have solved this issue. Inside the media portal configuration and general settings enable "Hide taskbar in fullscreen mode" and "MediaPortal always on top" It doesn't show desktop anymore when stopping a movie.

I have only "Hide taskbar in fullscreen mode" enabled.. and I don't see the desktop here! I use 'my programs' now and then and can't have mediaportal "always on top". Just saying in case you need to launch external apps sometimes mophat. Always on top could mess up your hd/bluray player

i see with the changes ever the desktop if the tv card is changed...

other idea to try, but im believe its a bug since a few SVNs.
