Hi,

I am using the same graphics card than you do and I have also used the 9x.xx drivers but I experienced a different problem: The so called strobe effect (lightnings from the upper left corner) when I displayed the EPG in LiveTV. Then I read in one of the forums that an older driver could help. I therefore installed the driver 81.98 and voila, the issue was gone.

This might have nothing to do with your issue. However, I would give it a try.

Using a 3 year old driver would be just a workaround however. I will try it tomorrow though.

I have this same issue - after watching live TV or recorded TV the menus become jerky - I can close MP & restart and it resolves it.

I have an ATI HD 2400 PRO - so different from your Nvidia cards.

Just a shot in the dark: have you tried another Nvidia Forceware driver? Depending on your graphics card 84.21 could be start: http://download.nvidia.com/Windows/84.21/84.21_forceware_winxp2k_international_whql.exe

Despite now having someone with an ATI card experiencing the same problem, I just did a clean install of these "old" drivers without a better result. The bug still persists.

C'mon guys, this is a MAJOR bug. I think twice or more often whether I shall switch on TV in MediaPortal or do something else.
