disecq won't switch or find no channels on scanning (1 Viewer)

Windows Version: Xp64 (also same problem on vista32)
CPU Type: athlon 3000+
HDD: 80gb
Memory: 1GB
Motherboard: asrock
Motherboard Chipset:
Motherboard Bios:
Video Card: x800
TV Card: knc One - driver 1.7.4.6


if i scan channels on lnb AA(hotbird) then i find everything , if i go to lnb AB(astra 19.2) then i have no signal and find no signal.

if i use a other program like globetv then everything works perfect.

somebody a idea ???
