Above will not work, because skins do not only refer to the default skin, but also bold types.
To avoid any problems the safe way is to keep all file names as they are and rename the font instead. Renaming ARIALUNI.TTF to the existing font name is the only reliable way.
Btw. ARIALUNI.TTF is a copy protected font, please do not post it here in forum.

Seem that is the best way to get it working. I tried Blue Vision skin and all themes working with this method.
