Don't find any channel on analog antenna (1 Viewer)

bhaal275 - as I know for now, it is impossible to use it in tvserver :/ to use tvserver, you need card with mpeg2 hardware codec on it...

Than why is this card on "supported" list if I cant use it with TV server, also why It finds this card... if it wouldnt be supported it wouldnt be found by program because cards has to be added to the code of the program (hard to explain) ...

the "supported" list was making for old version, new of tvserver need to have mpeg2 codec on it...

Well I tried using older versions of TV server and I have the same problem... I think It is something else, because I saw topics where ppl just had problems that program didnt support that card and when they finally fixed that they had no more problems so their cards probably worked...

so try, i tried for a week to get it working but after that and reading the maunal of tvserver and mportal i realized that it can't work. now my tv card is broken, so i'm looking for one which will work for sure.

Same problem here, and wacki I doubt you are right, dvb-t (assuming that's what you are talking about) is just data, and mpeg2 support would make no sense when the local transmissions are in h.264, and it is a fact that MP can work with these transmissions.

Well we are not talking about dvb-t because this card is just analog and it only support analog signal... Still I also disagree with Wacki4 I think this problem can be solved, otherwise they wouldnt do the support list containing cards with software encoding...
