Dual tuner recommendation (1 Viewer)

Hi

I'm building a PC to use with Media Portal & would like to use a dual tuner TV card with it. So, are there any twin tuner cards that are particularly recommended?

What type, DVB-T, DVB-S or...? Should it have CI for scrambled channels?

It's for use here in Australia, so I'm after a card with digital tuners, though I would look at a card with analogue, but not unless it was capable of 2 analog channels at once, or 2 digital channels at once or a digital & an anlalogue channel, (I'm not sure if such a card is available), but my basic requirement is 2 digital tuners.
