I cannot find any reason why it doesn't work. Can you try open channel in VLC, leave it playing in VLC a try to scan for same channel in MP?
I suppose that you have at least two network cards, one for IPTV provider and another for internet. If you have only one card, than in that case cannot work IPTV filter (it has no connection). RTSP protocol is based on library provided with MP source code and this library is little bit older (and probably with bugs). There was an error while connecting to server, but this library didn't return some useful error. I'm thinking of rewritten RTSP protocol from scratch, but it takes longer time.Yo can see example in logs with program "The Hard Corps" fro NRJ12 , scheduled around 00:17 today, witch is not recorded, and when I cancel recording and i view the channel, i can see it correctly.

Can you try set LogVerbosity in configuration file to 5, try to scan again, post MPIPTVSource.log and set LogVerbosity back?I cannot find any reason why it doesn't work. Can you try open channel in VLC, leave it playing in VLC a try to scan for same channel in MP?
VLC Ok; MP No signal
Hi, can you obtain and post logs as described in first post? Without logs is very hard to say where is problem. If is it possible, set verbosity level to 5.MediaPortal 1.2.0 final (clean installation)

Imagenio (Spain)
VLC play channels OK (audio & video)
In my case, I get the list from canals but when put them there is black image, soundlessly, and without error message.
With the version 1.0.2 of the IPTV Source Filter I saw without problems Imagenio's canals.
Thanks
In configuration file (MPIPTVSource.ini) change LogVerbosity from 3 to 5, save configuration file and try scan again. After scanning change LogVerbosity back to 3.How can I set log verbosity in level 5?
