In MPIPTVSource.log is written that synchronization byte is not correct and in this case is analyze discontinuity feature disabled. There can be problem with stream. Can you change DumpRawTS option in MPIPTVSource.ini file to '1' and make some dump file (1 MB will be enough)? Dump file will be stored in log directory. If it is possible for you and you have VLC, can you open same RTP address in VLC with Verbosity level 2 (Tools->Messages->Verbosity level 2) and send messages log?

What i can say is, that the same RTP address in VLC is running perfectly.
The version of MPIPTV before 20.11.2011 runs with the RC 1.2 of MP also perfect. I can deliver the Dump maybe tonight.

Great if it works in VLC, can you also add VLC messages log with verbosity level 2?

At least VLC said that you have valid MPEG-TS stream. So, there is serious problem in RTP implementation. I have attached debug version which saves incoming data. Stop Tv service, replace filter with attached files, clear all TV server logs and start TV service. Then try to record, scan or watch. It has to write into Tv server log directory *.dump files. I will need *.dump files and also MPIPTVSource.log file.
I hope that you have config file (MPIPTVSource.ini) in right folder. For Win7 it have to be 'C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server'.

Try attached version of filter. There was an error while processing RTP header. Let me know if it works.

I only tested a few channels (very important for the children kika ;-) ... and it works !!
Tomorrow i will test the other channels and also the few HD channels. Big thanks from my side !!

New version of filter released (in first post). Fixed not correctly processed RTP packet header.
