It seems that in last playlist are stream URLs. Just use one of them as channel URL and try to scan.

I just upgraded from MP 1.2.3 and channels would not tune until I used the post 1 files...

If yes, we is this not included in MP 1.3.0 RC?
And has no work been done since april 2012 (age of attached files)?

I think the files still do work with MP 1.3.0 RC and you can use it. But need @georgius to confirm ofc!

When stuff works perfectly I think there is no need to update files.

Tested with MP 1.3.0 RC and at least UDP protocol working without any problem.

Yes, from this date no problem reported (except problems with firewalls and antivirus).

Yes, it's stable, but it will not be included in MP 1.3.0. Maybe it will be included in MP 1.4.0 - it's not sure, because there are planned changes in DirectShow filters.
