I have playlist with 100+ channels each channel has IP in form of 232.4.x.x:5002, so both IPs are correct. Ok, I installed complete OS again, and first thing I tested was VLC. I did notice what could cause one of the problems, when you start a program that wants to access specific port on network you get Windows Firewall window to allow this connection, but by default you allow this connection only in home group, and IPTV network is automatically configured as public group. I should have tested with windows firewall off all the time, I did try turning it off but apparently something else was also wrong. I have been watching IPTV on PC since 2006, with 3 different PCs and have never had such problems. Now everything is working fine. Thank you for your help
