Yes it is strange. I don't use "group channels by provider" so all channels appear on the "All channels" list. I actually did delete the channel before rescanning, but then it never appeared again.. even though I kept on rescanning. I only got the previous "TV2(N)" channel where they only give a message that you must switch frequency to watch tv2. The frequency-list for the satellites was also updated.

I don't know the reason for this but, configuring the channel manually worked for me. The problem now is that I guess it gets corrupted once I rescan.

    Hi. :)

Have any of you run into any trouble with TV 2 lately? I just got a new htpc and therefore installed MP from scratch. Now I'm unable to find TV 2. I only get the channel called 'TV 2 (N)' with the old frequency which only has a screen telling to do a new channel scan.

I tried to do a scan of a single transponder, but no luck.. Where can I see the current data about frequency, satellite and etc for TV 2 on Canal Digital?

I also had these problems with thor. They are moving channels from thor 5 to thor6.
So for some time there is two transponders that
transmits same channell. And because wrong/old transponder appears later in in ferq list in tuningdetails file for 0.8thor,
Wrong values are allways updated to to channell. So you have two options. Eventually wrong transponder stops transmitting, and you can scan
Correct values,or you can edit tunningdetails file and remove
Wrong freq and do scan. Kingofsat is good place for checking freq and channel details.

yes, TV2 sucks, they keep transmitting too long with the TV2 (N) name, they should have stopped, or changed name to TV2 (N)-OLD

    - I renamed the old one, and rescanned once or twice, then I got the new one.

Solved. :) Scanned for one single transponder with freq. 11247000, polarization LinearV, symbol rate 24500 and modulation Mod8Psk in 1.1.0 RC1. :)
