Can anyone recommend a DVB-T card that has FM support, where both DVB-T and FM work in MediaPortal?

Tried a USB DVB-T dongle that had FM support, but MediaPortal didn't recognize the FM component. FM worked fine with the software that came with the dongle.

    Hi tomhlpc

What brand and model of USB dongle was it? I suspect it is probably a Realtek RTL2832U based device (like the DigitalNow Dabby) where the FM and DAB/DAB+ support have been implemented with a proprietary interface. See -->here<-- for more info - we're working on support, but this is proving a *very* tough job. I have to be honest and say that it may not end up happening. The proprietary interface just does not integrate well with TV Server.

Something that would work would be a Hauppauge HVR-2200 or 2210. What other options are you looking at?

It was a MyGica Netbook HDTV Tuner Stick TF723. The USB stick was just an interim solution, eventually I want to get a PCI card.

    Hi again

It was a MyGica Netbook HDTV Tuner Stick TF723.
Yep, that is based on the RTL283* series chips. Basically anything that supports DAB/DAB+ is likely to be based on that chip.

...eventually I want to get a PCI card.
That doesn't narrow it down a whole lot for me but I'd say you can't go too far wrong with this choice... as long as you don't get something that says it supports DAB/DAB+.
