I want to propose an extra setting in the Dynamic refresh rate, and I'd appreciate it if you give a little bit of feedback here.
Setup:
Monitor supports 24, 50 and 60Hz, unfortunately no 48Hz.
refreshratefor 24fps is 24Hz, for 25 it's 50Hz and for 30 it's 60Hz.
Refresh rate changing is a bit slow on my system (couple of seconds) which gets rather annoying when watching short clips.
So I'd rather have "Use default refresh rate" unchecked, that way if I watch a second video with the same refreshrate it is already correct and no need to switch.
However, some videos are 24Hz, and when that is the last one I played, mediaportal responds quite sluggish (because the rendering is done at 24fps).
So my suggestion is to switch back to default only after playing a 24Hz
Feels like quite a narrow use-case, so that's why I wanted to discuss this first
