Kev,
I'm a bit of newb with this, but learning.
I was hoping to use your EPG grabber to add SBS programs to the EPG, since they thoughtfully don't broadcast it in the DVB stream......
I have MP1.0 RC2 (TV and Client on single PC) running on Win XP SP3 with WM11. I did the 'advanced set up' so I could select MySQL rather than MS SQL.
This approach meant MySQL Administator was not automatically installed, so I downloaded and installed it from SUN (MySQL :: MySQL GUI Tools Downloads). When I open it and log in with the MP log ins it gives an error and says "server information" and "server control" not available. I added a new user and it let me select schema's from "mptvdbrc2" ("tvlibrary" does exist). All the priviledges were passed to the new user (EPG as per your example).
Then when I try to log in to the EPG service I get more errors, basically it can't open or find something.
The database exists because I can watch TV no problems and the stream is served from the TV Server.
Any ideas that might get me heading in the right direction?
