I assume your batch file would work better with the sql db?

It will check all SQLite databases (MP-TVSeries, Moving-Pictures, etc) via command-line tool, and run an SQLite PRAGMA integrity check on each one. If the check passes it makes a backup; if it fails it will auto-restore the last known good one.

Was forced to create it for myself, as LastMediaHandler plugin would constantly corrupt its database for me which would interfere with playback.
