Experimental TsReader development (2 Viewers)

Hi,

I almost tried all experiemental tsreader files, but I still have the problem that the tv freezes after some time. Attached are my logs.

Sometimes I can watch TV for 30 minutes, sometimes only 3 minutes. I hope someone can help me with this problem.

I just resumed my PC from Standby and when starting TV, got audio but a black screen. I tried several times and with different channels but with the same effect, so closed and restarted MP and then it was OK. dwm.exe was running, so it's nothing to do with that.

I then had quite a large hiccup in the sound (wasn't looking at the screen, so not sure if the picture was OK) at around 19:26 but it's been OK since.

It's gone screwy again!

I changed channel from E4 to BBC3 after watching The Big Bang Theory but rather than showing the programme on BBC3 it's now showing a blank picture and the audio from The Big Bang Theory, which according to the EPG isn't even on! The OSD says it's on BBC3 but it isn't.

So I restarted Mediaportal and now I get the picture but it's still showing The Big Bang Theory when I tune into BBC3. I knew it was wrong as soon as I tuned in as it was showing adverts!

That's even wierder. It just suddenly cut to showing BBC3 from The Big Bang Theory. I've uploaded another set of logs just after this happened.

I'm still having this wierd problem whenever I watch Channel 4 News, which is plagued by pops and clicks. I've never noticed it on any other programme, even on Ch4. The next programme's started now and I haven't heard anything unusual since that begun.

I even tried reducing the volume in ffdshow's mixer from 1 to 0.5 in case it was clipping but that didn't help so I don't think it's that.

I notice the TsWriter log shows some continuity errors at 20:49, 20:54 and 20:55 (after I started recording) but these don't account for the pops and clicks throughout the programme both before and after starting the recording.

no hint, what I can do here? If I cannot resolve it, I will go and try wmc, because I cannot really use the TV functionality atm.

I'm experiencing the same problems, but only with HD television. SD runs fine (bluray aswell), I've tried loads of TSReaders.ax but none of them seems to fix my problems. Already have posted a own thread, but don't get much respons over there, maybe you could look at this and tell me where i've got to look to fix my problems.

I cannot post the debug log, because i use argus as TV server, so my tv won't work without the plugins.
