External display 1 channel behind? (1 Viewer)

Hi,

Just installed RC2 runing TV server on 2 machines, 1 with FIC spectra VFD and 1 with a Scaleo E VFD and i get a funny error?

When i change channel from the guide the front display is one channel behind, e.g:

Watching BBC1 display has nothing
Select ITV from guide display says BBC1
Select E4 from guide display says ITV

However if i use the channel up/down buttons the front display matches the channel eg:
Watching BBC1 display has nothing
Press Ch+ from remote changes to BBC2 and display says BBC2
Press Ch+ from remote changes to ITV and display says ITV

Any ideas?

The error is definately due to running TV Server - i uninstalled the TVserver from the Scaleo and now the display is fine.

Yes, I have the same problem. Just installed RC 2. It only occurs on changing channel via the full EPG. Changing manually via the channel change button, or via the mini-epg works fine. I'm using the CybrDisplay plugin on an iMon VFD.

Anyone else having this issue - it doesnt seem to be related to the type of display, so far it has been rerported with a FIC Spectra, Scaleo E and iMon displays and is the last niggling issue before i have a perfect system!

A quick update

Also noticed it happen when I played an old dvr-ms recording made in 0.2.3. I moved the old recordings to one of the My Video shares. I played one of old video files this morning, after watching one of the new recordings made with TVE3 on RC2. When playing the old DVR-MS file, the external display showed the previous program I had watched on line one of the VFD, but the correct time data for the video I was watching on the second line.

I'm recording in .ts format on TV Server. Perhaps it's a problem with playing .ts files?
