Hi sincze,

no I wouldn't like that you test this. It is a known problem, that if the lan cable is disconnected, or the router is powered off for the night, that there are problems with recordings. I would only be shure, that your TV-server is always connected to a working lan.

Okay. Here are todays logging.....
Now playback on my MP Client doesn't work anymore... and my MP TV Server gives an error.

Added error.log from both machines.

Even had to disable some hidden networkcards to prevent a negative ping reaction.
ping tvserver resulted in ip6 reply even though I already disabled ip6 protocol in network settings of the NIC.

Played around with this tutorial as well...
https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...-avoiding-rtsp-multiseat-mode-test-plz-36735/

Still no luck to get multi seat and no_rtsp stable.

Seems that everyday something else goes wrong.

What am I doing wrong here?

Update 23:55

just changed one more thing....

TV-Server Configuration.png .. hostname to ip-number of tv-server.
TV service had to be restarted.....
Everything is working and no more errors in the error.log.

Lets see how long this solution is going to work.
btw re-enabled rtsp streaming.

So Removed from mediaportal.xml

no

192.168.2.15

I:

J:
