FFmpeg - Different (pre)settings. (1 Viewer)

I mentioned this in another thread but I'll add it here as it seems like this is the place it should be.

I noticed on my Win 7 32 Bit system FFMpeg was ignoring the video bitrate in the liveTV stream, I fixed that by including these flags in the LiveTV settings in the config.xml file...

-bufsize 100000K -minrate 128K -maxrate 312K
