I have a Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3P motherboard. When you look on the Gigabyte site you can find the release bulletins of the different Bios firmwares.
You need at least F11 to resolve the issue. In F5 they allso talk about resolving this problem, but that version didn't work.
Ah, ok - I thought you meant a update of the FloppyDTV bios
I am also using a Gigabyte Board, but I have the GA-MA78GM-DS2H and there is only one update which adds support for new CPU´s.
So unfortunately only a fix for you and I have to use the MPStandByHandler further.
