Yeah, sorry Grubi, Moving Pictures is really not meant to be a replacement for MyVideos. We deal with movie content, that is our focus. Our goal is to do one thing and do it very well.

One further question.

I found the setting in the Movie Importer "Automatically retrieve media info" which is now unchecked.
However the Importer seems to scan the online services for information.
What I'm looking for is the possibility to start the mediainfo retrieval process manually for selected items.
Is this possible or did I understand the above setting the wrong way?

Here is another question:

When combining a movie split across two DVDs in the Movie Importer and then approving it, I'm no longer able ot send it back to the Movie Impoter from there cause MovPic is moaning that one of the files I want to reassign is not available. That's clear - having only one DVD drive there could always be only one of the two files available at one time. The same happens if I want to rescan combined files (2 DVDs) in the Movie Importer.

BTW:

This plugin is really great.
Very clear structured which makes it straight forward to use although it has many features and is very flexible to configure.
