Fix for switching between dvb-s2 and dvb-t tuners ? (1 Viewer)

Hi Guys

Sorry if this has been covered but i cant for the life of me find a final answer to this.
There are quite a few threads about the issue of switching between dvb-s2 and dvb-t channels in media portal ( specific to me are a winfast gold dual dvb-t tuner USB and TBS Q-box s2 USB ) they scan perfect and independantly run perfect but if i say start tv and watch bbc 1 on dvb-s2 then decide to watch say viva on dvb-t, when i then attempt to go back to dvb-s2 even the same bbc 1 channel i get no signal. There have been many logs and theory posted but i can not find an actual fix for this. Is it possible any of the many media portal genius know a solution to this ?

I guess this is a hard one but just for reference for people who currently have this issue there is a post around that suggests adding the dvb-t tuner to be preloaded, this does workaround the issue but is not a resolve.

I would of thought using stop graph in both card properties would be the solution.

Are you implying the stop option for idle state in the card properties ? if so that makes no difference in any configuration, the only thing thats works is to preload the dvb-t tuner ( only one of them if you have a dual tuner ).

This should "just work". Could you please post logs that show the problem? Without them it is impossible to do anything to solve it...
